Our Rates & Tuition

The Academy at True Sanctuary of Praise offers a competitive tuition schedule.  We offer a variety of payment options and payment plans. These plans are designed to help make private school education more affordable to families.

Hours of Operation

6:30 am‐ 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Late Pick‐Up‐ After 6:00 pm, a late fee of $5.00 will be added and then $5.00 for every 1mins after.

Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day, MKL day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas. We will be closing early on the day before Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve Day at 12 PM. School may also close for severe weather, National Emergency (COVID‐19 Cases), and other unforeseen emergencies. Additional holidays may apply for Voluntary Pre‐K classes – Please see the applicable VPK Addendum to Enrollment. There will be no reductions in the weekly rate for these days.

Tuition ‐ Annual Enrollment Fee is due every year at the end of July.

  • Weekly tuition is due in advance every Friday prior to the upcoming week.

  • A late charge of $20.00 will be assessed as of Monday if weekly tuition is not paid by Friday. There is an initial non‐refundable enrollment fee of $100.00, due at the time of registration. The initial family registration fee is $180.00, which is non‐refundable.

  • If a child is disenrolled from our program for any length of time, another $100.00 per student or $180.00 per family, a non-refundable registration fee will be applied to re‐enroll.

  • For every year on July 1, a non‐refundable $100.00 per student or $180.00 per family, an annual enrollment fee will be due.

  • A full week of tuition is due if the child is present for at least 2 days. If the child is absent for the entire week, then half the tuition is due. Part-time tuition fees are due in full whether or not the child attends.


Drop‐In Care

Drop‐in care is care that is not regularly scheduled. A 24-hour advance notice is required for all drop‐in care and can only be guaranteed if space is available, in order to maintain appropriate child‐teacher ratios.

Payment types 

Bank check, Money Orders, ACH Deposit, Cash. (No personnel checks accepted)

*Parents will be notified of extracurricular activities and fees that may apply.

Registration Deadlines

Students may enroll at any time throughout the school year if space is available
